Winter began her career on Wall Street with Citigroup. She was the youngest management associate on the VC team and was promoted to VP within two years.

Winter ranked #1 in college entrance examination and also holds a Wharton MBA. She specializes in helping students land jobs in prestigious investment firms and tech firms.​

Nirmal worked as Director of Engineering at Instacart and an ex-Senior Engineering Manager at Amazon. Currently Director at Grammarly, managing a team of 50 Engineers.

Dr. Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and brings over 15 years of diverse experience at Microsoft, BCG, Uber, Tencent, and DoorDash.

Dr. Zhang has conducted hundreds of technical interviews across the US and China, and has mentored engineers at both junior and senior levels, successfully guiding them to promotions and higher positions. ​

Chloe specializes in coaching students aspiring to build successful careers in strategy, finance.

Lindsay is the finance lead at Adobe, overseeing GTM finance for mobile apps. She began her career at Morgan Stanley, later serving as a senior consultant at E&Y, advising financial services clients.
